Great experience. Always. Before the pandemic I was at this hotel constantly enjoying manhattan views, rooftop bar, friendly staff. During the pandemic it's still as good even though some services are not allowed in the city at this time. This hotel never disappoints.
Super clean and good sized rooms. Good cleaning and Covid procedures!
Lovely hotel. Sparkling clean, we loved the shower, the room,the toiletries, and we slept well. Nice big room with water and tea and coffee. Loved the big windows that let in the sunshine in the morning. Fantastic location - I walked to Trader Joe's. Unfortunately had to work and couldn't enjoy the pool/gym.
The staff is top notch and they’re very attentive. Also their lobby smells amazing! Pure luxury vibes. My only complain is the comfort of their beds - could be better.
