My appointment was on-time, with no surprises. A quick peek in the ears, then the standard hearing & word test in the booth. Result was moderate hearing loss at higher frequencies, which I kinda expected. What did surprise me was there was NO hard sell for an expensive hearing aid. Just got the information I needed to make my own decisions.
They were very accommodating in scheduling my initial appt. I have to visit an ENT then go back to get fitted for custom earplugs. I feel confident that my next appt will go just as smooth. Recommended so far! A follow up. I went back and was fitted for Musicians earplugs. I got them back and they're awesome. A perfect fit. If you're a musician and need custom fitted earplugs or in-ear monitors, these guys can take care of you.
The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They worked to accommodate me whenever possible. I would definitely recommend them.
Excellent experience with Dr. McGuire and her staff. Dr. McGuire is very personable, as is her staff. Dr. McGuire did a great job at enquiring into my hearing needs, performed a very thorough hearing test and provided a detailed and understandable explanation of the results. She ensured that all of my questions were addressed. And, provided additional points I had not considered. She made recommendations based on my testing and specific hearing needs. Thus far, I am extremely satisfied with my new hearing aids. I highly recommend Dr. McGuire if one is considering addressing their hearing health.
Although my experience with trying hearing aids didn't work for me at this time, I highly recommend the McGuire Center. They listen to what is or isn't working for you and try their best to work with you. Very professional.
I highly recommend Dr McGuire if you’re having trouble hearing. She explains everything in detail so that you can understand the problems that you’re having. The entire staff is very friendly and easy to work with.
I received my new hearing aids from the McGuire Hearing Center two weeks ago and they are performing at a very high level. I immediately noticed the difference and especially in the clarity of spoken speech. The hearing aids are almost invisible and are not annoying to wear. I highly recommend the McGuire Hearing Center to anyone in need of hearing assistance. Steve Stapleton
