The midwives are fantastic and make you feel cared for and heard. I don’t think that people should rate this practice based on the front desk staff. I totally trust the midwives to deliver my baby in the safest way possible.
I’ve had two children with the midwives who are knowledgeable, friendly, and supportive.
Try to book an appointment called 4 times, the 4 times put me on hold. I said I am having a terrible pain and say she did not care she still did not have an appointment. Very bad customer service .
SUPER RUDE STAFF...They’re the first people you speak to as you approach the front desk and I just can’t believe how rude they are. It’s a shame because the midwives and medical assistants are extremely polite and helpful.
They wont call or email you an appointment confirmation - really a ridiculous policy.
Love this hospital quick and get information you need right away very clean and nice hospital!!!
