BEWARE NEW WOMEN'S SIZING! Their stuff tends to be overpriced and the shirts are super thin. However I do like the designs on the shirts so when they were having a 40% off sale I decided it was a good time to order. I ordered 2 unisex shirts and 2 women's scoop neck shirts. I followed the instructions listed on the website and sized up to a large as they noted the scoop necks ran small. When I got my order I received 1 scoop neck and one extremely huge tshirt that was not a scoop neck, so I thought maybe they sent me the unisex large by mistake. I contacted customer service and they requested I send them a photo of the shirt to confirm I did not receive the scoop neck. To my surprise after they received the photo they informed me that I had in fact received the correct shirt. This was the new style for women's shirts apparently. Yet the women's large is 2 inches wider than the unisex large so explain that one to me. Also, if they changed the style and sizing of the shirt AFTER I ordered why wouldn't they contact me. Not only is it huge, if I would have known I couldn't get the scoop neck I wouldn't have ordered it in the first place. I agree with other reviewers that customer service leaves something to be desired. I wouldn't order from them again.

I love the shirts they sell and this could be a "5" if not for their online ordering process "1". If quick/timely delivery is important to you, this is not where you want to order from. I ordered 3 shirts 10 days ago and they still haven't shipped. I inquired and they said it takes 1-2 weeks for orders to be processed.

Not a big store but has some unique items. Expect to pay a little more than you might other places. Parking in that area will be a challenge; you probably will have to pay for a spot.

Do not order online! I've given them two chances. I had to contact them for an update after weeks of not receiving anything in the mail. They were out of stock both times. They debited my account without shipping the product and I had to contact them several times just to get a refund. Great designs, poor customer service.

Horrible online ordering experience. I ordered 3 shirts 10 DAYS AGO and order is still processing. Emailed their customer service with NO REPLY 5 days after order was placed. Messaged them on Facebook asking for shipping update. Received response that they would be in contact via email in 20-30 mins. Received the response that basically "they are processing and shipping orders as fast as they can but my order will ship within 2 weeks of order date." By the time the order ships if it ships by 2 weeks, when the order is received it will have been close to 3 weeks from the order date. They had absolutely no problem taking the money right away! I mean if you have 3 weeks to wait on something you ordered (these were for a birthday and will not be here in time) go ahead and order something from here! You are probably better off to drive from anywhere to Grand Rapids and go to the store instead. Will not purchase from here again.
