The Moped Company

Have gone there multiple times to have something done and every time he has said he "fixed it" I had to bring my moped back because it died only a day or two later. Would not recommend if you have any choice at all.

I've gone here twice. Great experience I mean as much as I can after getting in a wreck on moped gets you in the same day and they gets it back to you very quickly. The mechanic is very trustworthy. I think some of the bad reviews are for the store next to it call moped direct. When I was dropping off my moped one day some "friends" of the other company made me very uncomfortable and even got on my moped...

This place is awesome! The service there is so genuine and helpful. The moped I bought is fast, still running great after a year. I stop in whenever I have questions or issues about my moped and they're very helpful. The store mascot Skipper, the little dog is adorable! No complaints here. Keep up the good work guys! The Moped Company took good care of me, don’t believe the haters! My moped broke down Sunday night and I had no idea what was wrong with it. They figured out the problem and fixed it all in a few days despite my rush job. Eric the owner has been working on mopeds here in Oahu since the early 80’s. He’s a mechanic I can trust and he’ll show you all the work and explain what work they did. They’re also helping me get my Moped safety inspection for the new law coming in next year. This is definitely my go to spot for moped repair/needs!

The mechanic gives valuable advice and sells nearly any part I come for on my Chinese project bike. Probably will come here to get my next scooter.

It's all preference! Eric is old school! His shop caters to Honda dio and yamaha jog based minarelli motors in performance parts which yamaha performance parts over counter is like none on the island. And also he has parts no one has or will never thought he would have trust me on that!

Lady at the front desk was rude and disrespectful will not be doing business here again

They always get me in and out very quick! Fair prices, and point out things that NEED attention right away, and things to think about in the future.

I came in this morning referred by another moped shop, I needed to fix my signal lights and brakes, and asked what else is needed to get a safety check, Eric explained what I needed and gave me an estimate, I didn't make an appointment but he squeezed time in and finished, I feel safer on the road now, and I'm about to get my safety check tomorrow right next door, thank you for your aloha, this will be the place I go from now on

This place is a joke they fixed my bike it broke again 2 days later brought it back charged me again for the same problem and then had me wait for 6 hours when they called and said it was done... unbelievable if you don't want to get absolutely ripped off find some where else don't waste your time and money
