This was by far the worst experience I've ever had with any company. It took four and a half weeks for my household items all of my stuff! to be shipped to me. The length of the wait was upsetting, but the most annoying part of the experience was the customer service. My shipment was delayed because one of the drivers on their team got sick. I'm fully sympathetic to this given the pandemic. and I understand having to shuffle around to find another team given the circumstance. What is UNACCEPTABLE is the lack of communication from the coordinator. It took them a week to even tell me that they didn't have a driver, and I had to contact them about it. After many calls and voicemails with no response, as well as calling their sales department and other extensions I called North American Van Lines of which they are a subsidiary. It wasn't until then that a driver was assigned to me. I got my things about a week later, but still almost no communication or details from the coordinator. They marked someone else's stuff as mine I hope that person eventually gets their headboard and rug, and I'm honestly surprised they even prompted me to give a review. I would not recommend them to anyone. Absolutely unacceptable.Service: Interstate moving
Without asking our movers went out of their way to mail us the brackets to our antique bookcase that were misplaced and put back in the truck during the course of unpacking. That was not a management decision, but just hard working guys on the truck doing the right thing when they got back to the lot. Good people in a tough business.
The driver was absolutely a total professional; arrived on time and delivered before the actual date. The movers were polite, quick and friendly. I just tell anyone moving long distance to use your service. Thank you for all you do!!!Service: Interstate moving
We had the moving connection pack up our things when we got pcs-ed to Germany. They were very unorganized and as they took all of our furniture apart I was the one that had to catch all the screws and nails and label and put them in separate baggies... I was even the one to provide the baggies and pens!! They didn't have any! I was very nervous for how our stuff would end up looking once we got to Germany, and to no surprise a good number of our items were damaged. Our dining table and dining chairs all had deep scratches all over them. Our couch had rips on all sides. Our head board to our bedroom set was cracked in half, we can't even put our bedroom set back together...Our dresser and side tables had deep scratches all over them, our book shelf had scratches all around, and our mail holders chalk board piece completely came off the holder.. and you should've seen how they packed the furniture into the shipping containers! The movers that moved us into our Germany apartment were even shocked at how bad of a job the Moving Connection did...Absolutely ridiculous...
