Crew was quick, efficient, and on time. They treated my belongings as their own. Office staff was quick to answer any questions I had. Quote provided was accurate and a great price. Highly recommend.

I would definitely recommend The Moving Guys to anyone. I needed to be moved and was in a pinch and The Moving Guys stepped in and got the job done with time to spare. I also had them move my mother because of how accommodating and eager to do the job to your standards they were. If you need a move,Rick DeMarco and his company,they are the guys to call.

I had the pleasure of dealing with this Great company this week and I cannot tell you how satisfied we were. My moved here from out of state and all of her belongings were in storage. The team showed up on the moving day and completed the move without any problems. I would definitely use these guys again.

From start to finish, The Moving guys eased the moving process in clearing our mother’s estate home. After setting the dates for 2 moves of her items with multiple date changes, the scheduler was always pleasant and helpful. The crew showed up for the first move and were very efficient and pleasant. My crew of 3 on day 2 were Danny, Mike and James. The guys were pleasant, experienced and worked quickly while ensuring our items were protected. After a long process of packing the truck and a 2 hour drive, they worked equally as hard on the unload. I strongly recommend The Moving Guys Marlboro location. I also learned they handle junk removal after scheduling with another company.

My experience with the Moving Guys has not been a desirable one. I hired the company for a move on January 15th. The 3 workers came into my home didn't pack or wrap anything except my leather sofa and love seat (my contract stated that they would shrink wrap the furniture plus cover the mirrors, frame artwork and mattress). It seems that they didn't secured the items properly in the truck. I along with 2 other people were present as they began unloading the furniture and we immediately noticed that they had ripped my new leather sofas, they broke the draws to the bureau, scratch the bed headboard, my dining room chairs were scratched, the list goes on. I pointed out to the movers every damage they were creating and was told to call the company to place a claim. I immediately called the moving company while they were there and informed them of what had happened, they apologized and sent me a claim form that same day. I was informed to add any pictures that show the damages. Well I did that & sent them the proof. At the insistence of the one mover that was in charge of the paperwork who told me that didn't need to get the extra insurance because they are very careful and never damage the furniture I declined it the extra coverage and only took the basic one. Now I am being told that they are still reviewing the claim, that they can't prove that those items weren't damage at the storage unit itself and that I have to wait. This has been a very stressful experience, let alone that my furniture is ruined. I have not been compensated for the damages, and even has been insinuated that it didn't happened because of the movers. Because we rate by stars I would give them a negative star. I am baffled how they are trying to pass the blame to storage unit even though I contacted them as the movers were unloading. I could not in good faith recommend this company to anyone. Folks if you are looking to use them save your MONEY & HEARTACHE, speak to the actual customers and go find a reputable moving company.
