Dropped my guitar off for a simple set up. took 10 days with no call backs and after I got it back the guitar was still buzzing super bad, not worth the 65 bucks including strings. 2nd time this has happened to me and I dont think i plan on coming back anytime soon.

I love my new Yamaha, but they have my Yamaha clarinova to be repaired and do not have the professional courtesy to update me on its progress. Just a simple phone call would be appreciated.
