The New York School for Medical & Dental Assistants

Just recently I’ve finished my classes here, (I was a medical assistant student) great experience they’ve helped me out so much and would really be willing to help you understand everything. Very patient as well which is awesome. Once I finished my classes I went straight to my internship, Lina really helped me out on picking different places and was very patient so that I would be able to feel comfortable in the internship. After a while she got me an interview in this amazing place which I ended up loving, it was a very hands place and they were willing to show you everything and make sure you knew what you were doing. Once I finished the internship, I took a couple of months off for personal reasons and called Lina back so she would be able to help me look for a new job, she new what I was interested in & ended up getting 2 interviews in a week, gladly enough I landed the first interview and got hired! Plus the place she sent me to was something I was really interested in too! She really helped me and I thank her so much!

My experience at The New York School for Medical and Dental Assistants was very positive. Never been a part of a class where we were so close, from making sure we were up to date with notes to making sure we were in class everyday and most important to always share a couple of laughs. I am very grateful to each staff, specially Shereen who helped me obtained a position at a medical office where I’ve extended my knowledge and skills. If you’re planning on being a medical assistant and you are looking for a great school, this is the school for you.

My experience at the New York School for Medical and Dental Assistant was positive. The teachers was very helpful, understanding and was able to tend your needs. Shereen the Career Service Advisor is very nice person. She helped me with my externship site. And she always called me to ask if everything was going good. Thank to her I find a good job. Thank you very much.

I had a great experience in this school. This school changed my life in so many ways. I am so grateful for every last person in this school. They are very dedicated and care about their students. They will go over and beyond to make sure they can help you and accommodate you in anyway possible.I am so grateful for all of my instructors they always made sure that all students understood everything no matter how many times they needed to go over the same thing over and over again! they did their JOB that i can say =]. As for my dear Shereen she always made sure to push me and motivate me to finish what i started. It wasn't easy for me as i had a lot of family issues through out my time in school BUT they all helped me soo much! Shereen would make sure to always call me and call all these places to be able to place me in the best internship location she could possibly find. And look at me now i am still working for the same Doctor and have moved up in my position. ! I am so grateful for all of them ! and i highly recommend this school to anyone who is interested in medicine and bettering there future =]

My experience was opening arms from the moment i start to finished, They help you regrading to your grades and hours in schools. Also the teachers was very helpful, understanding and was able to tend your needs. Most of all Lena from human resources, helped me reach my goal during the job search process; she is one of the most out standing person who continue to help from school and after graduation, so thank Lena for being patient, and who got the job done for my future.
