Since we retired over three years ago, my wife and I have been going to Next Level Gym for personal training two times per week.  We love the care, attention, and support that both Mark and Albert have given to us as they have taken the time at each session to customize, adapt, and personalize our workouts to fit our individualized training needs and to keep challenging us to get to the “next level” in our strength, flexibility, and endurance. They watch us closely to make sure we are doing the exercises correctly and safely, and they always have a workout plan ready for us to make sure we target upper body, lower body, core, and aerobic throughout the week.  Mark and Albert truly care about their clients and consider each one of us part of the Next Level family.  We experience that at every session, and we observe the same personal dynamic when we arrive early to warm-up as Mark is finishing his time with the 6 a.m. boot camp group.  As we watch him work with the boot camp group, we can also see that he provides the same personalized care, attention, and training to each of the members of the group, regardless of their age and ability level, as he does with us.  We unreservedly recommend the Next Level Gym for anyone seeking a supportive, friendly, structured, and challenging environment where they can be expertly and attentively guided to higher levels of physical fitness and health.

At this gym you’re like family. Everyone is really friendly and help keep you motivated. I’ve been coming here for a year and love it. The boot camps are extremely effective, along with personal training sessions.

They never answered the phone. And even I left the voice message, sent the text, but no one ever answered to me. Also their website has a popped up ads that makes you can't click anything on their page.

Excellent instructors and a friendly motivating atmosphere. Always a great workout!

Follow his nutritional diet and attend as much as you can and you will se result.  Excellent staff, too.

I enjoy eating at this place during lunch for the specials that they have.
