The Nixon Firm is one of the best real estate closing attorneys I have worked with in the Charlotte market. Taylor is always responsive and professional. There have been several times where a quick closing was needed, and while most other closings attorneys would simply say they can't accommodate, Taylor has never hesitated to do what it takes to make it happen. Thank you Nixon Team!
Chris was soooo friendly! I worked with him for signing of my first home, and that is such a stressful process. It was great to have someone help me relax my shoulders and crack jokes along with professionalism! Thank you, Chris!
Top notch attorney and staff. He and his firm have been an integral part of my client's successful transition to buying and selling homes. I highly recommend The Nixon Firm to all those looking for an attentive and responsive attorney's office to handle your real estate closing
I have been in Real Estate for over 10 years and Chris Nixon and his team have always stood out against all the other firms I have closed with. They are organized, they get closing done when they say they can, and the generally care, which sadly is not a thing amongst other attorneys anymore. Even after the closing is done they still go out of there way to help where they can to fix something, even if it wasn't their mistake. I highly recommend the Nixon Firm
My favorite closing attorney in Charlotte. Extremely knowledgable, great to work with, clear and precise all around. Professional, communicative, and a great staff that stays involved throughout the closing process. My clients are always impressed with their services, which is a win win for everyone! Thank you Nixon Firm for being great!
Great law firm. Chris is a great Real Estate attorney. He is great, friendly, and so is his staff.
They handled my refi. The refi went fine, I close to my requested date. The atty was nice, professional, and explained all the docs. I the signing went fast. Taylor did respond to all of my email ASAP and explained things well when asked. One issue I had was that I had to reach out to them to find out the lender hadn't contacted them for the title search, after 6 weeks. I feel that is something they should have been on top of or contacted me if there was any issues. I also didn't like that the prices I was quoted changed because my refi happened after the new year, which was disclosed ahead of time, but their fees changed. I felt they should have honored the original prices quoted to me because they were already representing me for the refi when the fees changed. I also wasn't notified of the increase. I had to see it on my CD and request clarification. I was told the fees changed and they would not honor the orginal quoted prices. It wasn't a huge difference but still...
