The Noodle Truck

The food here is amazing! Fried chow mein, sweet and sour pork and chicken balls. Made to order was so delicious! The owner is very nice as well! I have a severe onion allergy so to be able to eat noodles that i do not have to make myself is a blessing!

Stopped by on thanksgiving weekend to food truck alley. Great idea, everyone should come out and experience it. I decided on the noodle truck and was pleasantly surprised. Thier take on sweet and sour pork and rice was delicious. The pork was fresh and moist. It was not heavily battered like you often see, which was great. There was more pork then actually batter! The sauce had a deeper flavor then the norm and not just sweet, which I really enjoyed. Thanks for a great meal. See you again soon. Blue jeep patriot
