This outlet is awesome. Be careful, you will want to buy everything. Got some new boots, love them.

I really had a great experience with finding a new cozy jacket. My salesperson Lisa was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Always pretty helpful people unfortunately I didn't buy anything today. But I've purchased a lot from them. Never have any complaints.

Great customer service and warranty

Nice enough store. Two things reduced 5 stars to four, lack of merchandise and and girl counting people was not paying attention to her job and line was backing up because she didn't see those leaving while she was talking.

Visited last month staff was really friendly. Today not the case. The girl running the register was super rude and very impatient. I will never return to this location and take my business elsewhere.

Picked up online order.  Quick and friendly here

By far, the best North Face store in Michigan.
