The male person who works there has the worst attitude I have encountered in a while! I Will never use that place again. Find a more pleasant place. There are quite a few others within less than a mile radius.

Every time I call, the woman says "Notary Shoppe" and she puts you on hold. I've called 3 times so far and held for over 8 minutes each time. Only the second time did I even hear her say "Please hold". She's answers and clicks you so fast, you don't know why the line goes silent. I just have to ask a question before I go there and probably receive the same crappy customer service. I'd rather know they can do what I need before I go sit in front of them and get made to feel like my time isn't important. I'm already dreading going but they are the only place open. I guess they think that excuses crappy customer service.

Rude as all hell. This old woman could care less if she serves you or not. Basically if you are coming in for anything other than DMV related, then shes not interested in your business. Dont waste your time
