The Ogden

Just saw on the local news that a guy with last name Schumacher was living here and that he planned on shooting up the Strip and they found a lot of weapons there so he was seriously planning a massacre. Vegas is really safe, isn't it?

Enterance is not ADA compliant. Handicapped people have to open two heavy doors by themselves. Front desk sometimes helps but often doesnt. The clubs across the street are so loud that the bass shakes the entire place, in the middle of the night.

Well built and appointed condos in downtown. Door staff pleasant, parking is convenient, and location near downtown.

Great place for a free spirit who enjoys the 24 hour party people life style; there's a great guy named Rob who lives on the 16th floor, who runs the finest escorts and has The best crystal meth and Molly supply in the whole Downtown area.

I have a friend that lives here and it was like literally living through an episode of Frasier but in Las Vegas it was an amazing experience the security and staff made sure that we were safe at any time that we were on the property they were very accommodating to us being guest and we just followed the rules and we had no problems beyond that the upgrades that our friend did to the condo was just amazing very classy so you got classy neighbors if you're reading this.

I luckily sold my unit here and got out without too much fuss but the HOA/Security is absolutely horrendous. My units kitchen and bathroom counters snapped in half with minimal pressure placed on them and the noise coming in from the street makes New York City sound quiet and peaceful. I unfortunately still have clients with units in the Ogden so I have to come here every now and again : Today the entirety of downtown Las Vegas is blocked off with hoards of foot traffic and every street leading into the Ogden is blocked to vehicle traffic. I of course tried calling the number on the Ogden's website as well as the number listed on Google Maps and Apple Maps, and every number rings as no longer in service. I'd avoid this building at all costs. Looks nice from a far but the renovation was done as cheap as possible with the worst quality building material, especially the cabinets and windows.

Great place. The room was fantastic with a great balcony and view. View was really nice at night. Had 2 separate locations on the roof, both with a hot tub and pool. Amazing views from the roof. The room was very nice and clean. Has a TV in each room and huge one in the lounge. Kitchen was huge and all ready for us to have an enjoyable stay.

Great condo building with a decent gym and a rooftop pool. Super walkable being right in downtown but also has private parking garage. I would suggest staying or loving above the 20th floor as it does get pretty loud late night 10pm-2am.

High rise condo living right off Fremont Street in downtown Las Vegas. The individual units we're pretty nice, do some kitchens and building materials throughout. The common areas were kind of cheap-looking, especially the lobby. If you're looking for something really close in to the epicenter of downtown Vegas, this is a good option.
