The Oil Exchange

I've been coming here for years. They are good, quick and accurate. They offer a tv viewing screen to see the work being performed underneath the car. Prices are good and oil options are pretty decent. They top off fluids and provide an air check. They also offer other services like radiator flush, engine flush, etc. With the addition of the Auntie Anne's lemonade and pretzel truck right next door, that's just another reason to come down and try them out. They do good work.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! Came here for a simple oil change. Let Frank talk me into some extra services and left with a broken AC. I'm not sure what happened while they were under my hood jamming things...but after I left and ran a few simpler errands and noticed I was in my car BAKING! Let me tell you, my AC worked as I APPROACHED THE ESTABLISHMENT!!!! I went back and all they tried to do was get me to pay more money for more services. I said no thanks I think you broke my AC. I asked Kelly, Curtis, and Frank for a higher upper number to contact and they couldnt give me anything. You go in looking for one thing and they force you to get another. BEWARE.!!!! Would not recommend!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

Because I’m a women they wouldn’t help me with my car. I needed a flush and I called before I came but when I got there they wouldn’t help me I rate them 0/10. Don’t waste your money here

I've been dealing with The oil exchange for about a year now. Each time the young men that service my truck are very polite, and helpful. Yesterday was the same, I trust their service; they always show me the end result of my oil and tap off my other fluids. I also trust that being a female and coming to them I'd never receive a $40 oil change for $160+. The price is reasonable and they really take care of their customers.

They gave me an honest answer about my oil I didn't feel like they overcharged me at all it was very quick and the guy who gave me my sticker in my car was a cutie LOL

Attendants were extremely slow. I had been coming to the business for years without any issues. No type of policy in place about which car goes 1st. Customers cutting in front. When I called from the line the employee that answered the phone was rude af. They just lost my business. Too many other oil change places for them to act like they are doing ME a favor. I won't be back.

I loved My 1st experience as a woman trying too keep the maintenance up on My vehicle. The service was wonderful and as promised twenty minutes tops!!!! 5 stars plus 10 more. Thanks guys.
