Working with Stephanie gave me the control I needed to declutter my home office. I was burdened by boxes, paper files, business magazines, which were taking up valuable space. I never realized how empty space can feel so motivating and positive. And how getting rid of things that I was holding onto because of emotional reasons made my work area lighter and easier to manage. In addition, now I can find things much easier. Hiring Stephanie was a Godsend. My Mother who is part of the senior community needed to go through years of paper work, organizing, eliminating, and getting ready for a transition in her life. It was a monumental project and quite frankly overwhelming to her. She is smart and was a business manager in her prime and was concerned about putting delicate paperwork in the garbage. I knew the project would take time and patience and I run my own business and have a family. Stephanie came to my rescue. Stephanie, methodically went through everything identifying what needed to be kept handy, what can be discarded and what could be put in storage... she arranged for a professional shredding company to eliminate what was not needed and most of all made a time of transition for my Mother easy and hassle free. My mom cannot speak highly enough about what a help it was having the support, and a warm and easy going person that she came to trust with highly confidential information. I could not be more pleased myself to recommend Stephanie and The Organizing Zone to anyone who wants to have the support for themselves and especially giving that support to someone who you love and treasure.
I went to a presentation yesterday by Stephanie Shalofsky from the Organizing Zone. It was geared to small businesses but the advice was good for a business of any size. Stephanie took us through the sticking points of time management, email, and space organization and gave spot on advice. She also addressed questions directly and succinctly. I am using her techniques already. Highly recommend.

I work from home and was overwhelmed with my office space flowing over into my living room and keeping my desk clean.
