I love this place because the genuine Panama hat I bought was "quality." As soon as I put on the hat I knew it was made with quality. It was comfortable and looks really good. Tony, the son of the owner helped me pick out the right hat. Customer service is excellent. When I walked out of the store I couldn't help but smile because I knew I looked good!!! I actually bought 3 hats.

Great folks, excellent selection, and supreme quality! I've trusted this company to provide me and my family with excellent hats for many years. I love the vintage and steam punk selections--so fun! Lillian was very helpful and such a joy to meet. 😉 The owners are truly top notch! Even the prices are good.

Cardboard hat store. Most panama hats here seemed made of paper shreds. Did not see a single qualit hat. Almost everything a slight step up from a party or costume store. Perfect if thats what you are looking for, but we felt the store name was misleading.

Great selection of Patagonia hats as well as other more traditional hats of a variety of styles. I bought a Patagonia hat and was pleased with the price. What would have cost me $50 back home at a department store was only $30 at the Panama Hat Company.
