The Park

You can’t ask for more this place is amazing I move there 2 years a go and now I just move to a new apartment on the new buildings so s amazing I made friends there now are like my family the maintenance guy are great the office has been Very helpful with the moving the team in the office are amazing they’re always happy and willing to help. Summer time works s amazing all neighbors are like a family the park is a dog friendly and that is a plus for animal lovers and if you love the natures this is the place is very peaceful. Very family oriented and the kids are so happy at the park.

I recently moved to The Park in December and up until now I loved my apartment. Recently they have been neglecting to take out the trash between buildings 36,37, and 38, and it’s becoming alittle ridiculous! This trash being left out like this is not a luxury. It’s been like this since last week Tuesday! I have been calling to reach management to address this issue but have not been able to get a hold of someone. I finally sent an email today hoping this issue can addressed asap. It is getting warmer outside and the smell of pet feces and garbage when I step out onto my balcony or open my window is not very pleasant! This is disgusting and unsanitary! Management please address this issue!

Living at the Park has been great so far! The amenities are always well kept and clean. Surrounding areas are very clean, well lit and the space feels safe. If you are looking to move in, please contact Whitney as your listing agent. Whitney is great! Very attentive to all our needs and very responsive to all of our questions. Would definitely recommend moving into this community.

We know at least two couples who live here and have nothing but good things to say, so I was happy to schedule an appointment for and accompany my mom for a tour. She has recently retired and sold her home of 30 years so she was excited to look at a luxury community. We got to the leasing office at 2:55pm for our 3pm appt, and we were greeted by a leasing agent named Sebastian. He immediately began telling us the income requirements for renting at the park and listed about 4 different monthly fees associated with living there not his fault. He then said the one bedroom + den apartments were all on the 3rd floor and all had carpeting and asked if he were still interested. Then we said yes we would still like to see the apartment. He then started the tour of the clubhouse which is close to the pool. First thing out of his mouth is “by the way, no guests are allowed at the pool” my mom was immediately turned off and questioned why then do they have to pay an amenity fee if she can’t even have anyone come to the pool with her? At this point, we decided to stop the tour and go home. For someone who works in the customer service field, it was strange that he did not smile once and fixated on telling us about all the fees and income requirements rather than informing us about what amenities they have to offer and why the park would be a great choice . It genuinely seemed like he did not want my mom to move in for some reason, and wanted us to leave. It was just a bizarre experience. It is unfortunate that we couldn’t continue the tour due to Sebastian’s hostile and negative attitude during our visit. Such a shame because we were actually looking forward to it. Also, I typically only try to post positive reviews but was honestly so taken aback by the experience that I had to post.

My girlfriend and I have absolutely loved living here, and have just been overwhelmed with the outstanding performance of the parks staff, and Whitney specifically. She has been hands down the best person we have worked with when it comes to moving and living situations. We are so thankful to have found her and the park.

This place is a hidden gem. The amenities and community is what sealed the deal. They are affordable compared to other apartment complexes. The icing on the cake is the leasing staff. Whitney, Nico, and Sebastian took very good care of us. They took their time to go over everything in detail.

I have been living at The Park for about three years now and it’s been great! The scenery, the pool, the people. Just a great experience all the way around! The staff member that has been here since the day I moved in and has always been so helpful is Sebastian. He really does a great job here at The Park! Pauline Dwyer

I recently moved into the park and so far everything is great!! Nico made our transition very easy and he’s super professional. Whenever I have a question ..he responds back immediately even on weekends. If your looking for a new place to live I would say The Park is the place.

100% recommended. If you are looking for a place in NJ, this place located in the heart of Roselle is where you want to live. Not only because the amenities, but also for the close attention that the administration gives to the residents. You can speak with Whitney, she helped us out in every step.

My experience was amazing. Me and boyfriends tour was great. Our tour agent Whitney was well knowledgeable and answered all our questions and can't wait to begin our new journey thanks to her.
