We were so happy with all of our rentals from Arden Event Collective! We used them for both our outside ceremony and the indoor reception. We rented tables, chairs, table settings, drinkware, flatware, linens, and a chuppah/arbor. I think they even ordered a different set of tables so they could fit in the elevator at our reception space! Set up and tear down went smoothly. Lots of options and easy to play around with different options in their showroom. Pro tip: our amazing florist from Blum did a “test” arrangement to help us pick out our table settings and try different things. Arden was very helpful and accommodating throughout the process.
Arden Event Collective has such a wide inventory that made my day just like I imagined it. The whole team was so communicative and helped me execute the perfect wedding. From beginning phases to clean up, they were so professional and I couldn't have asked for a better vendor.
We rented tableware, drink ware, flatware, linens, and decor from Arden Event Collective for our wedding and are so happy we did! We visited the warehouse in April and when the original person we were supposed to meet with was unavailable, Alli jumped right in to help us design our tables and select all of the items we needed. Alli was prompt to respond to my many emails about adding/removing items to our order. Pick up and drop off was seamless - the warehouse team loaded and unloaded everything for us. We received so many compliments on our tableware selections and we are so grateful to Alli, as there is no way we would have been able to put together what she did! Thank you, Arden Event Co!
Let me tell you something about Arden Event Collective...they are AMAZING. From inquiry, to the design showroom, to delivery, and finally to pickup, they are a great team and company. As a wedding planner, I love working with Arden and the whole team. They are clear in communications and so quick to responding. I have had the pleasure to work with Chris, Alli, and Carole, and they are wonderful! I cannot recommend Arden enough.
We couldn’t have been happier with our rentals from The Party Place for our wedding! They were so easy to work with, extremely professional, and quick to respond. We visited their location in person to make our selections and their staff was so helpful and courteous! I took quite a long time to make final decisions, kept going back and forth on a few things, and at the last minute decided to add a rug and never once did I feel rushed in making decisions or like I was troubling them with all my changes. The setup and teardown on our wedding day went so smooth, they set everything up exactly how I envisioned it and everything looked amazing. We rented their farmhouse style tables, chairs, a dance floor, all the place setting items, and an area rug and everything turned out so great! I would recommend The Party Place to anyone looking for rentals!
Extremely helpful, timely, and adaptive folks! We worked with them for several years under Party Place, and this was the first year we worked with this organization as Arden Event Collective. The person helping put together our order was very adaptive to our numerous requests for quotes, modifications, and last minute additions. The day of, the team was quick and efficient and exactly on time for delivery and pick up. Even graciously let us reschedule the pick up when we were running a bit late even though they had already arrived. Thanks team!
*edit: Arden customer support reached out directly and resolved the situation with a sincere apology and a generous credit. i really appreciate their desire to make things right after the fact. we rented with Ardent for our wedding, and had a great experience until the day of the wedding when they left out 4 tables that were important to the ceremony. when we noticed 4 hours before the ceremony, i called Ardent and they put me on a 30 minute hold before our rep was available. their apology felt very insincere and they said it was our responsibility to check that everything was loaded on the truck. my 70 year old father-in-law picked up the order, and he was ensured beforehand that he wouldn't have to do any loading or checking- it's not like he was the one with the clipboard. they then said there was nothing they could do, and insisted they couldn't even refund me for the tables they had forgotten to give us, which i felt was a given.. i had to press them to check with a manager and they finally called me back saying they would refund us for the tables. i totally understand that mistakes happen, but they handled the situation very poorly and made an already stressful day even more stressful. i felt they should have been much more apologetic and helpful in making the situation right/ finding a solution rather than blaming their customer on their wedding day.
Professional, professional, professional! The Party Place has the most kind-hearted and professional employees in the service. We were amazed at their beautiful selection of rentals for reasonable prices. Our wedding day looked so incredibly put-together - so gorgeous!
I worked with Allie Roberts for an extensive event rental. She was very responsive and great to work with! I had to up date the order twice and she made it easy. The delivery was on time and pick up as well. All equipment ordered was in good condition. Great experience working with Arden Event Rental!
We absolutely LOVE the Party Place! Sincerely, we know that rental companies have a handful of their own logistics of their own. Availability, design, labor, being ahead of trend.
