The Pasty Republic

Cute! Chic decor that's still warm and welcoming on a winter morning. Great coffee on the acidic side and flavorful, fluffy-light bacon omelette. Wished my French toast weren't quite so sweet perhaps use a sauce that's almost bitter to offset the already sweet challah bread? but loved its friendly softness and well textured edges.

I took a genuine Cornishman, and he was favourable impressed. You'd never see a jalapeno anywhere near a pasty in Cornwall itself, but very tasty nonetheless :

So delicious. We got them frozen to go, and they were just perfect. We got the steak, Gorgonzola stout and the lamb leek mint - both were absolutely fabulous.

YUM! Such delicious, well baked and hearty pasties. Perfect for a cozy winter day!

The cheesy potato is my favorite. They are a bit expensive a little under $9 for each but it’s a lovely and filling treat! I haven’t tried the dessert ones yet but I will make a point to do so next time.

AMAZING!!! I grew up on these but if you've never had one, come here. They are SO delicious!!! The staff was friendly and extremely helpful with selections. Everytime I'm in Cherry Creek I will be stopping by in remembrance of my Grandma..... and because they are good!

Excellent food, fresh and tasty, and a good variety of options. This was our first pasty experience, and my wife and I both enjoyed it. It's a tiny joint, though two small tables.

Simple and delicious. I'll have to see if they will ship them frozen out of state!
