The Pet Club

Has variety of natural dog foods and my dogs specific dog food. Always greeted by awesome and friendly employees who always ask if I need anything or help. Great place! The raw patties are never freezer burned which is a plus! Thank you Pet Club and keep up the great work.

I have been going to pet club for years! The customer service has always been great! There are always several people working, so there is always someone there to answer questions or check you out. I rarely have long waits to check out. I like that you can be in and out quick! When my pet's special diet canned dog food was out of stock because of the manufacturer, they helped me look through all the alternatives and knew which one was closest to the ingredients.

I read some awful customer service reviews on the pet club... and to be honest I have never had a negative experience with any of the employees... I've talked to the store clerks and I've spent some time talking with a manager of the place, curious about a new brand of dog food. They have been surprisingly knowledgeable about the pet industry trends every time I've had a question. The service is nice, and casual. I frequent this store for their raw buffalo bones for my Springers :

We love coming here to get wood chips for the critters. They have this huge bag that is like 3 feet tall. It lasts for ever. way cheaper than Walmart even. My kids always try to talk us into buying the baby chickens, so I'm glad whenever they don't have any in stock. The prices seem good, but the staff always seem to know what they are talking about, and where it is.

I've only been to the Gilbert location once so far. I have been loyal to the one that was in Chandler on Alma School until they locked the doors. They've closed 2 convenient location to me, frustrating but I get itThis one is a bit out of my way but Pet Club is the only place that sells the turkey Pinnacle dog food. I've tried to changing to a different food but she ain't having that. The people are always pleasant and genuinely like the animals that are shopping with their humans. If this store closes in really going to be driving to get food for the furry one. Please don't close this one.

Rating is based on your website. It is appalling. Discovered that your Alma School store was closed, so went to the Val Vista location listed for Pet Club on only to find it didn’t exist. I called the number for that location, and a very nice young man directed us to the Williams Field/Val Vista location that should have been listed. If you would unscramble your website I bet your businesss will improve.

I just want to thank the previous reviewers for the information about an Arizona PetClub owner being arrested for a horrible act of violence against a cat. We were looking for a store close by to purchase Wellness food products for our cats, but we would never want a dime of our money going into this owners pockets, or the pockets of any pet products company that doesn't cut off all associations with him.

Great place pet needs! It was helpful to get a couple samples to find a food our dogs would eat before paying for the bag and the staff is always helpful and friendly.

Decent prices,great selection for the doggies and always friendly staff. This is my store for all my dogs' needs. And even their wants!

This is an excellent pet store with excellent employees! They are always knowledgeable and happy to help. Great store.
