Vietnamese here. Always order beef pho any where because other protein just doesn't feel right ^^. The broth is almost authentic. The beef slices are a tad too thick. Ratio of noodle and meat is unbalanced - I finished the meat before the noodle. Wish they offered beef ball, marrow bone, and tripe as other pho restaurants around NYC and Boston. This place is already very good. Services are great too. If I did a takeout I would serve myself with fried dough and poached egg in broth, just like back home.
Came here a while ago and probably the best pho I’ve ever had. The nice lady I assume who is the owner clearly takes pride in her food. Very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed.
Excellent Pho. Such a simple menu with fantastic food! I got the rare steak and brisket pho; they were sold out of short ribs unfortunately but I will be back again to try to get it next time! The summer rolls are delicious and refreshing. The Pho itself was perfectly seasoned, each spoonful was heavenly. The serrano peppers were just spicy enough! : Additionally, there is an eating area outside that is very peaceful and enjoyable, with a lovely few into the trees and flora of the area. The servers are very friendly and will bring your food to you as you sit outside, and well come take away the food as well. Highly recommend!
Love this place I have nothing bad to say about. After I let them know I wanted to dine in they politely explained to me that I had 30 mins to eat. I thought it was reasonable considering that it's a smaller place and it gives everyone who wants to dine in an opportunity. Clean as usual, friendly staff, fresh food & Excellent customer service! The owner is Awesome!
You know the Pho is good when you consume the whole bowl without adding any Sriracha or Hoisin. Highly recommended!
I love this place. The crew is awesome. The Pho is one of the best I have ever had.
Unimpressive. Little meat portion. The rice noodle was unusually thin while the beef brisket was unusually thick. Broth was neither good nor bad.
Amazing and reasonably priced pho, they have a bone broth and a vegan broth. I also like that they sell spring rolls individually, 1 for $2.50.
first off, this is NOT authentic Vietnamese phở, and nor do they claimed to be. this is Korean folks making phở - I mean, kimchee on the menu ...anyway, the big bowl I ordered w the rare steak, flank, brisket, AND short ribs were lacking in expectations. I couldn't differentiate between the brisket and short ribs because the ribs were boneless and pretty much looked/tasted like brisket. rare steak wasn't like sliced ribeye or flank, but more thin like bulgogi. you get maybe 2 pieces of meat...granted they were thick cut. broth was flavorful. they put in bean sprouts and basil in it already for you, which even though I enjoy them, should be optional or on the side. the Vietnamese coffee was nothing like Vietnamese coffee...very, basic, half & half or American milk or something - no trace of condense milk overall: the experience was nice - the server was a friendly and sweet Korean lady. she does a great job by herself keeping the tables cleaned and bringing out food promptly. the phở is passable for the area since there's not much around. should be called K-Pho...js
I miss the pho so much! Definitely a great place to sit out and enjoy warmth of soup. Decent portion and very good beef and ingredients. The owner is always super nice and smile to you!
