I stumbled upon the The Picture Store after many years working with other frames in the city. I have completed two significant framing projects, for my clients, working with Adam, and the results have been outstanding. I highly recommend The Picture Store for all of your framing projects. Store is easily accessible, they have a large inventory of products to go through to find exactly what you are looking for for your project, and Adam is wonderful to work with. And finally, your project is ready when they say it will be ready!

I worked with Adam on a custom project for my wedding photo attached and they were professional and kind throughout. The finished product is exactly as I envisioned. Highly recommend this shop.

New to Boston I had a poster that had tremendous sentimental value although not all that much real value. Brought it to the Picture Store and they made me feel super comfortable with the process they were going to go through to preserve my poster and frame it. When I went to pick it up I could not have been happier with the way it turned out... beyond my expectations. I'm not sure how soon I'll have to get something framed again, but whenever I do they will be the only people I go to!

I went to this store in a rush to get a cross-stitch piece framed for my boyfriend's birthday, which was the same day. They told me initially that it would take about an hour and a half to get done, but they realized I was running out of time so they got started on it right away and it ended up getting back to me within 20-30 minutes. Although it was a bit pricey, it was excellent quality, and the staff were friendly and helpful. And my boyfriend loved it! I'll definitely be back if I can find an excuse.

I needed a customized jersey framed. I came across the Picture Store and couldn't be happier with the result! They were able to turnaround the framed jersey in a matter of 3 days, which is no easy feat considering the intensive labor involved. My research showed me the whole process takes at least one-two weeks measurements, ordering of the materials, stitching, framing, and etc. Not only did they turn it around in three days due to the retirement party coming up, but they did a good job and delivered exactly what I was looking for: a high quality job. The pricing is not cheap, but you really pay for quality when it comes to these kinds of things, and I have no buyer's remorse whatsoever. This small business has a strong desire for customer service and works hard to meet customer's needs.

My wife is a Granddaughter of the painter Morris Louis, and for our Anniversary I had a copy of one of his paintings made for her. We didn’t have room for it to be full size, but it is 8.5 x 5.8 feet. We needed the canvas stretched and mounted, and I wanted to get it up as a surprise for her. Adam and Diane were absolutely fantastic. Working with a canvas of this size was a bit of an oddity; not just the room and equipment to stretch it, but the delivery and mounting as well. But in the end, looking at it not only conjures memories of family and a gift that I’m particularly proud of, but of the great experience and two new friends we made getting it out of the tube and onto the wall. Many thanks to Adam and Diane… Large or small, we’ll never go anywhere else.

I got some passport photos, in and out in about 10 minutes and it was a pleasant experience. I love my photo, as much as you can love an unhappy looking mug shot of yourself, hehe
