Had a contractor install their Defender window system and has worked great for insulation and sound proofing. Needed to have windows re-framed and called into their office for new mounting parts and they had them set aside and ready when I arrived.

Visited the store itself, it was very clean and hi tech. If you need plastic products, this is the company to go to in the CT tri state area.
