Story

Pomoc, meaning to help and assist when in need suits what we do and how we feel about technology quite well. Pomoc technicians have a deep passion for technology, and how technology can improve office productivity when implemented correctly. We share that passion with each of our clients, which we treat like members of our own family.

We are a small business that gives our clients the individual attention that they deserve, and we do it with a smile. We ensure you can focus on your business operations, while we take care of the technical side of things, as we work towards getting your business and associated technology ready for the future.

Pomoc technicians will promptly remote in at a moment's notice and assist with any technical situation, and follow up once completed. All Pomoc technicians understand the importance of both HIPAA and PHI, and work with your business to ensure that your business is protected. All of our products and tools we use are HIPAA compliant, and all technicians are trained on HIPAA and PHI prior to interacting with clients.
