I recently completed a Princeton Review GMAT prep course and had a great experience. Although I would have preferred an in-person classroom setting, the virtual in-person format was the next best option. I also was able to schedule my course during the $300-off promotion, so that was a definite plus, as it's definitely not cheap. The online resources provided by Princeton Review are more than sufficient for weekly study, as well as the Verbal, Quantitative, and In-Class practice manuals sent by mail. I felt that the most benefit drawn was from the seven full-length practice GMAT exams offered. I took them on schedule, and felt that I definitely had to push myself to study and buckle down to meet the challenge of the exams and work to improve my scores each time. My session leader/teacher, Lisa Wolf, was extremely kind, professional, and engaging. She knew how to explain all the material well, lending helpful insight to tips and tricks for both quantitative and verbal problems. Her patience and willingness to answer any and all questions and ensure that everyone was learning the material really helped make the difference for this class. For anyone looking for a virtual in-person GMAT prep class that provides flexibility to choose your class time, as well as thorough preparation material, I recommend checking out The Princeton Review.
I participated in the online ACT 31+ course, taught by Stacy L, and I had a wonderful experience. I achieved my stretch goal score on the ACT thanks to this class and I am so impressed with the resources provided by this program. The site contains so many opportunities to practice and learn. Stacy L was an awesome teacher and was very helpful during both class and office hours. The site is easy to navigate, and the class calls’ functions were easy to figure out as well. I highly recommend Princeton Review!
My instructor, Dr. H, was wonderful- professional, kind, funny, and attentive to the needs of all his students in every class. He always made the effort to break through the "wall" of the virtual classroom to make the class seem more personal and connected, even while remote, and was patient and clear in addressing all questions throughout the course. The course itself was extremely helpful in preparing me for the LSAT, and I would certainly recommend!
Purchased 30h tutoring package. Very satisfied with the results. My tutor, David Daniel, was exceptionally knowledgeable about the questions on the exam, the exam structure itself, and law school admissions. My class schedule required my tutoring sessions to be flexible and they most certainly were. I would recommend Princeton to anyone looking to take the LSAT, but moreover I would recommend David and his skills honing in a particular score.
Before using PR to prepare for the LSAT, I utilized two competitors and was dissatisfied with their method of instruction and lack of results. Princeton Review provided much more direct, effective methodology. Effective theory in a vacuum is of very limited utility if it is not effectively conveyed. Thankfully, I was matched with Matt Stein. I have been instructed by dozens of individuals over the years, in various settings. Of many incredible individuals, Matt is unrivaled in his perspective, intelligence, ability to convey information, and compassion. He is an incredible instructor and coach - in addition to teaching you what to do leading up to and on test day, he will get you to the finish line excited to cross it. If you have the opportunity to work with him, whether in his classes or one-on-one, you will not be disappointed.
I was pretty overwhelmed when I started studying on my own for the LSAT, up until I discovered Princeton Review and Kim Dowell. She was a great tutor who really broke everything down for me so it was extremely easy to understand and motivated me to keep pushing throughout the time before I took the test. She also was able to remain flexible with my schedule through work and school. Overall I was extremely pleased with the tutoring from Kim and highly recommend her services to anyone preparing for the LSAT!
When I started looking into tutors and courses for my upcoming LSAT, I was overwhelmed with the options. I chose Princeton Review because of their one-on-one tutoring option and was beyond pleased with my experience. I was matched with a tutor that perfectly fit into my schedule. My tutor, Matt Stein, was the right match for me, as he guided me through the sections I struggled with the most and helped me through my frustrations and my lack of confidence. He is so funny and so incredibly helpful - I cannot stress this enough. I would recommend Princeton Review and Matt to anyone who is working towards a specific goal on the LSAT or even just wants to feel more comfortable. It is worth every penny.
Kenya Kelly was my tutor and she was the absolute best. The course has helped me in so many ways to improve my score. They helped me improve my score by 200 points on the SAT from a 1340 to a 1550. Kenya made sure I stayed on task and gave me work that actually helped me improve a lot. I wish everyone could have a teacher like Kenya who takes individual care of her students and makes it her duty to have them succeed. I would and have recommended this course and specifically Kenya to my peers. She helped me turn the faraway dream in my head into a reality.
Dr.H is a wonderful tutor. He has helped me with the SAT for the past two months and I have improved tremendously. He makes learning the SAT very fun and entertaining. He has answered all of my questions and helped me understand a variety of concept that I did not know of before. In addition, he creates a very fun and stress free environment at each tutoring session. - Dakota Wang
My experience with The Princeton Review really helped me understand the content of the SAT and boosted my practice SAT score greatly. The one-on-one tutoring challenged me to focus and stay on task which in the end, helped me improve every aspect of the test like math, reading, writing/language. My tutor, Kenya Kelly was the best tutor and guided me through the test and taught me the most efficient way to tackle the test.
