I needed to have a printer part changed. The Printer Doctor called Cannon on my behalf and confirmed that the part replacement cost was not worth it. I offered to pay for the information but the staff refused, very professional, courteous, I highly recommend the Printer Doctor.

My printer was almost ruined by using non-OEM toner cartridges - lesson learned. The people at the Printer Doctor were able to clean it up and replace the cartridges with OEM ones. The result was wonderful and the cost was very reasonable.
