Almost like they are doing you a favor allowing you to do your returns. They wont refund product to original payment method if you use Apple Pay.

Just left the store looking for track shoes. These were $55 which is on the higher end for the surrounding store. I was willing to take it home because it was needed. I asked the attendant if these were new only tried in store and she said definitely. They don't accept used returns. When we looked closer, the spikes are rusted and dirty. The back of the shoes are all scratched. There is absolutely no way that it got like that from being in store.

Called this place in regards to a pair of sneakers I have bought at the online store, and was looking to return them. Explained that the account for the debit card I used got closed due to a scam, lady said they can only give me a store card or exchage for something else. Cannot give cash back. Bad service, you need to be able to work it around for the customers. Than shouldn't be something impossible. You can't force someone to get an item from the same place... not satisfied at all
A little disappointed. I typically do all my shopping online, but since it was my birthday today, decided to go in. The largest size was a large and barely any size 10 sneakers in stock. All I wear are pumas, so it would've felt good to walk out with something. Back online for me. Needs to be a bit more variety.
It's very easy to be different but difficult to be better
