The Rain Tunnel Car Spa

The new Champion Xpress on Lomas is super awesome! I think it’s better than Rain Tunnel. Our truck came out nice and shiny and it made our tires super glossy. The only minor issues are that the light at the exit didn’t flash “go” when the conveyor was done pushing us, and there weren’t air hoses, but it’s still such a great car wash! I think there should be a car wash TV show about their lion mascot. We will definitely come back to this location. :

Yep….my car is good as new inside and out! I love being able to vacuum myself! I can every little crumb!

Kinda Sad, this operation used to have extra personal for Detailing, now they use 2, maybe 3 employees max, The Rain Tunnel had 8 Humans running it, I know less humans more profit but Champion is to Automated.

Today when i washed my Car at this Location Layla welcomed me with a Smile & all the staff was so amazing & i thank you Layla & Victoria.

They did an okay job. Attention to detail was not there. Large splatters were left on the the driver side door. Not to mention they scratched up the chrome on the door handles and the paint behind the handles pictures included. I had read some bad reviews about this place and thought it was worth a try. Will not be returning.

We went to get a car wash and a vacuum on my carpet because I can't bend over to vacuum. I was told Car Wash only $20 and the vacuums are on the side there that you can go help yourself pretty poor customer service. I asked the guy to let me out of the line he couldn't even get me out he had to back me out all the way. I'll never go again. I would give it less than one.

This place is a joke, overprice for a car wash that doesn’t wash try talking to management, and they told me that I had to wipe the car down myself to remove all the dirt that was left behind then he told me to call corporate because he wasn’t dealing with it and walked away

Car wash. Got a free car wash but the guy didn’t tell me to put my car in neutral so I had it in drive going thru the tunnel and it made me hit the car in front of me. ‍ Thankfully no damage to either car but this was not fun.

I took my truck here to be washed and the end result wasn't much better than what it was when I brought it in. The car wash took off my passenger mirror the manager told me it must have been lose i told the manager this is a 2016 it was not lose he filled a report and told me someone would be calling me i have not revived a call from anyone yet. So for a 14.00 car wash it is going to cost me anther 575.00 dollars to replace the mirror. I for one will never go back any car spa and i will tell everyone i know not to ether.

I am really disappointed in this business right now. I bought a gift card for Christmas for a family member to get a detail for their car because they support local this company has been nothing but stellar in the past but they are not honoring detailing right now because I guess the business was sold. I want a refund and a nice lady helped me but she said I should just use it for a car wash, but that was not the point of the gift card, it was for a DETAIL, and I want my $$ back. Now I have to wait for the owner to call because even their "acting manager" doesn't have authorization to refund!! This is ridiculous!! I sure I hope I get a call soon and get my $$ back!!
