VERY Bad Experience! I went to buy a dress for my civil wedding, they didn't have the dress in the store but they told me they would help me order it. They took my measurements and I assumed that the dress would come with the measurements they took, and when my dress arrives 1 week before the wedding It was 3 sizes too big. I ask them if they can help me and they tell me "once the dress is delivered, it's yours." Incredible that they don't even offer you help fixing it, a dress that I  pay $900. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.  In addition to paying a lot of money for the dress, I have to pay more to have it fixed. Incredible!

Where was the Red Carpet? When I think "Red Carpet," I think of an experience...one you'll never forget.  My cousin and her daughter drove in from SWLA to find a homecoming dress. My sister and I accompanied. What brought them here was the website...what disappointed them was the service and experience.  From the moment they stepped foot in the door, they felt out of place. No greeting,  no communication from staff. They waited on all the other girls but us.  I won't get into gory details about them selling the dress she wanted while we went to check another option but I will say that the employees surely didn't appear to care to roll out the "Red Carpet" for us during our visit.  I wouldn't waste my time....

Bad service. They do not know what they are doing.  They measured my size wrong and made me pay for the dress anyways eventhough it did not fit and it was thwir mistake.  Very rude and arrogant.  If you want to get mad go here.

I have bought dresses from Dawn  since the 90's. She is wonderful!  The best collection anywhere. I live in Tampa now and go there for my formals. Just got a Mon Cheri and it is gorgeous - Mom of Bride dress. Jenny is wonderful to deal with. Highly recommend.

The most disappointing, disrespectful,  horrible experience I've ever had. I spent $700 dollars for a dress and shoes from this place for my daughter's 2018 prom. I thought my daughter left a review but I didn't see it so I am hoping that you all take heed. This owner does not care about her customers, only their money. My daughter tried on a dress and was in love with it but she wanted it in a different color. They had to special order it. They promised  that it would take a week. We had 2 1/2 weeks until her prom night. 3 days before, they finally called to tell us it was in. When we did a second fitting of the dress which I videoed, we realized that it needed alterations. The owner promised that she could have it done quickly, and it would only cost me $49. They finally called the day before her prom. When I arrived to pick up , I noticed that she hand sewned white thread on the black straps  in order to lift it, the back sheer part seemed to look very loose, and she also put breast cups in and you could see the stitches and seam around the cups. They had the nerve to try and charge me an additional  200 dollars. I tried show them the video on when they quoted me the $49 and the owner  yelled screamed and argued that would never. When i refused to pay that, she proceeded  to destroy the dress and threatened to call the police. I called them. As I stepped  outside  to tell my husband what was going on, and turned my back,  she had one of her workers give ny daughter her damaged  dress and lock the door. After waiting an hour for police that never came, I called Gwen's Bridal Boutique and she fixed my daughters tattered / damaged dressThank God.  And Thanks to Ms. GWEN My baby was gorgeous. I really don't know  why she did but it was definitely a  experience  we will never forget.

They caterer to PLUS SIZE LADIES!! Every year we take the 1 1/2 drive to find my daughters perfect dress. If they don’t have in the store they will help you get the dress you want. This is 3rd year using Red Carpet and every year my daughter has been wowed finding the perfect dress. Owner Dawn is awesome and down to earth, so if your not clicking with the person helping you the owner is always around or phone call away. This year Dawn owner went digging upstairs for dresses that hadn’t even hit racks make sure my daughter tried on EVERYTHING. Yes you have bring your pocket book but you get what you pay for.

My daughter bought her prom dress from here. I have to say they have very beautiful gowns in this boutique. It's always busy but the staff is nice and attentive. They do alterations also if you need the dress taken in some.

Love love love! The people that work at this shop are all very helpful and kind. I found the perfect dress for my daughter. We will definitely be going back next year for her senior prom! Anyone looking for a one of a kind dress and a very helpful stall go here!!!

I am 100% sure you will leave the store with a gown. There are so many gowns to choose from the options are endless. The staff is AMAZING! Not long after I got into the store I was greeted with such an authentic and friendly hello and the woman who helped me got straight to work helping me look for exactly what I wanted. I love my dress and cannot wait to wear it to prom.

AMAZING!!!!!! They gave us a great buy one, get one free deal for only $10. We came home with 2 dresses and a bracket for only around $20 with tax. Thank you so much!!
