The Reef Seafood & Steak Restaurant

A bit pricey but well worth it. I especially appreciate how much attention they pay towards cleanliness. Whenever I'm in the mood to treat myself, I normally get the soft shell shrimp tacos and calamari.

The food is fresh and well seasoned. It was my first time here and our waiter Dan was wonderful. He even told us some funny jokes. Definitely coming back.

Food was good not great, unfortunately they automatically add gratuity to the bill even for a party of two. I would have given the server more than the 20% gratuity that was added automatically but was so turned off that I just let it ride and doubt that we will return.

My first time at the Reef and my bill had an additional 25% gratuity added. My long island ice tea was watered down. i ordered a rib eye and a prime rib medium well and I received medium rare. The menu also stated that management can include a 20% gratuity. One, why wouldn't you disclose to the guest the gratuity up front?

This was by far the best restaurant outing I've had in a LONG time, and that's even before the covid pandemic. Our waiter Joe was the best ever. He was funny, engaging and attentive. The food was great too, we will definitely be back if only for Joe and his award winning personality.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I tried to place a phone in order and was rudely hung up on. I tried to call back to ask for a manager and they wouldn’t answer. Also receive a Caesar salad and it was inedible. The chicken was burnt and that’s all I could taste. Would not recommend.

Good Food. Friendly staff. Crab/shrimp fettuccine was great. 21 beers on tap. How can u go wrong???
