The Residence at SouthPark

Wendy, Ashley and Kristen took great care of us and the team is all around one of the most professional leasing teams I’ve had a chance to work with in leasing our new penthouse. Amazing property and well built, thank you all.

This place is absolutely fantastic, all the amenities are incredible. Gym fantastic, pool fantastic and the walkable location is the cherry on the top. Bad day at work I’m walking to have a beer and all of those things combined create happiness. Another little cherry on top are the employees they’ve been so kind and helpful. I’m rarely passionate about apartments but this is a happy maker.

The Residence at Southpark is the most amazing place to live in Charlotte, actually probably anywhere! From the moment I toured, I thought it couldn’t get better, but now living here, it has exceeded all of my expectations! I have to give a shoutout to the leasing staff, but specifically Wendy! She has gone above and beyond to be so welcoming and helpful throughout my entire move in process and has continued to assist me whenever I need anything. Thank you so much Wendy for all you do for me and the other residents here at the Residence!

The Residence at Southpark is absolutely the best place in Charlotte to live. I was just telling my family how happy I am here! The service is beyond perfection and my neighbors are so friendly and kind!

I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here at the Residence. The building, apartment and location are wonderful! I especially love the pool deck where you can get a good glimpse of Charlotte’s ever growing skyline. You are also within a stone’s throw of South Park mall, plenty of restaurants, Whole Foods, dry cleaning, etc. And on top of that, the whole staff is really exceptional. They all continuously go above and beyond for all of their residents. Any minor concern that has come about has been expeditiously resolved thanks to them. It’s just so refreshing to live in a community that genuinely cares about their residents, so thank you!

Being a resident here is almost like having a condominium in a beautiful area. Everything is a five to ten minute walk or a three minute drive. The residence is in good repair and the new maintenance associate, another Chris, is an excellent and friendly person. Although we just lost our conseirge Director, Joel, his replacement is a wonderful and cheerful soda cups on the floor and this can be an eyesore to those that are looking to rent. who always goes the extra mile. John was a great choice and it seems like the times have lengthened which makes food deliveries easier. Unfortunately, I have little to do with the administrative staff but they keep us well informed. I have only one issue and that is having a garbage can in the parking lot elevator room in the garage. I have commented on this three times but it still has not materialize Keep up the good work as I have no hesitation in recommending people here.

This is an amazing apartment community. The building is maintained beautifully. The staff at The Residence is always finding ways to enhance our experience , on a daily basis. They have weekly events for all of us who live here. They create events at local restaurants. They have special events on our roof level, which is our entertainment center. They keep our salt water pool sparkling clean and heated. Updating the outdoor furniture. The landscape on the roof level is so beautiful, always been maintained. And the best part is the incredible staff. Everyone is committed to making our living experience the best it can possibly be. All quality people who know how to relate to our needs and always open to hear our concerns. This is by far the best apartment complex in Charlotte. And, our location is absolutely as good as it gets. We are a 3 minute walk to the best shopping center in Charlotte. The entire area offers "walking distance" restaurants and wonderful specialty shops. Don't look any further, this is "The Gold Standard" for quality living in Charlotte, NC

Very convenient for all the amazing restaurants and upscale shopping around the SouthPark area. The staff is extremely efficient with their VIP services. Property is beyond clean and included sophisticated view and special touches throughout the property. So glad we found rental for my mother!!!!!!! WOW A ++++ for sure.

The Residence is a quiet building in a convenient location, very clean, safe and well-maintained. The rooftop pool has fabulous City views and outdoor grills for resident's use. Excellent service from an outstanding team. 10/10!

I moved into the Residence in December of 2016 after an exhaustive search of available Charlotte options. I looked at apartments and rental condos Uptown, Dilworth, Elizabeth, South End and South Park. I couldn't be more thrilled with my choice. The quality of apartment features and general building structure are superb. The location can't be beat. Being able to walk to shopping and dining is huge bonus. As a single woman safety is a prime concern. I feel absolutely comfortable any time of the day or night walking my dog or running. Mall security is readily available 24/7. They have helpful and friendly concierge staff 7 days a week. The apartment maintenance crew is exceptional. You simply send a maintenance request and typically within 24 hours or less your request has been met. They even leave a friendly little note detailing what was done. They have monthly events for the residents and more amenities than I can mention. You can't go wrong with choosing The Residence at South Park.
