I dropped off 5 rugs to be cleaned and was told about 10 days. I called today as it has been 12 days and was told she might be be able to clean them this Saturday and have them available for pickup on Monday weather permitting. They are essentially holding my rugs hostage. She was short and inpatient with me. I would not recommend or use this company for rug cleaning again.
Looking for carpet. I was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable associate - Gail - she was really helpful. We spent some time looking - choosing and eliminating carpet samples. She coordinated samples nicely with what I liked. I’m going home to see what actually works. Pricing? Didn’t really get into that this time. Nice showroom.
Ordered wall to wall polypropylene for our sunroom. Steve came to measure and pick up our samples. The one we chose would only have a small pieced area by a pump out. When it was installed the piecing went down a whole long wall. When I spoke with them about he problem I felt no one cared because I never had a return call. If you use them, check the installation carefully and have the person measuring write it down. We’re not happy with this purchase especially since it was very expensive!
Impressive selection of rugs and materials for all of your flooring needs. Great service and installation. Remnants and sale room and not to be missed. Salespeople are very knowledgeable and helpful.
We purchased 4 room size rugs, their beautiful, high quality and great price I would recommend them to anyone who's looking for carpeting, the variety is phenomenal..
Holy cow so they have a ton of rugs! So much to choose from, staff that knows what they're talking about, choices for every budget. They even let you take the rugs home for a week first and make sure you like them before paying. Totally going there any time I need a rug.
