The Salad Box

This place is so good. Theres not many plant based kitchens in the area at all. The prices are a tad high but t bg e quality, proportions and taste of the salads are well worth it. Their smashed lemonade is also very refreshing, I lived that I was able to add in Marchand green tea to the drink, so good. Definately coming back. Looking forward to trying their breakfast bowls, and pressed juices.

So sad just went there today to find it has abruptly closed! It was the only place around to get fast organic food, not to mention, hearty, tasty, large portioned, vegan, reasonably priced, organic food. Such a loss!

We found this place completely by accident. We pulled into the parking lot intending to eat at the BBQ place, but they weren't open yet, so we took our dogs for a walk around the parking lot. Our next thought was Subway, but we noticed this place right next door. We met one of the servers outside and he brought us a take out menu. Everything was vegan and organic. I ordered the medium size PB bowl. It was beautiful, tasty and huge! The bottom was and acai peanut butter blend, then a layer of crunchy grains, then a layer of bananas and then strawberries, artfully arranged. It was topped with raspberries, coconut shavings, and a little honey. The restaurant was spotlessly clean. The assortment of ingredients for salads and bowls was ample. I didn't check the restrooms. The service was fast, friendly, and informative. We found out they have two locations open now with two more expected this year. Vegan, organic, clean, and healthy, and for those who crave meat conveniently located right next door to Subway. What's not to love?

The best thing about living in Upland for me. The salads, smoothies and tonics are some of the best organic vegan food you could possibly hope to find anywhere in the country. The staff are friendly and positive. Really grateful and will be missed when I move. Truly blessed to have eaten here at least 2 - 3 times a week last 2+yrs. Best salads I have ever tasted! My favorite is the Taste of Asia with the vegan chicken but all of their salads are exceptional. Their acia bowls are very, very good and they have a great selection - I ordered the small Power bowl and almost bought the large but they pack it to the brim and there is plenty in there! The staff is nice and they also carry vegan baked goods and tasty soft drinks!

Great place for a salad! They make everything fresh which is evident when you try the salad. That being said be sure to plan for that prior to going order online etc.. or call. The staff is also very friendly. I had the not your typical Caesar salad and chocolate acai bowl all amazing.

My fitness crazy son loves coming here!!! He tells me that the food is fit for a king! I have had their prepackaged snacks and sparkling water. It seems odd to say but it is better than most too!!! Jey and the service is top notch.

Organic and vegan!!! What more can you ask? Personally, had a great experience at the Upland location it was very clean loved it. The acai bowl was great and artistically made with care. Thank you for the BOGO, I appreciate the fact that you think about veterans in the military! Great customer service, caring and sharp. It is awesome the community has a great place to eat clean plant-based food!

The customer service has been very good my girlfriend is vegan and only eats there when we go out I've had nothing but nice things to say about my experience there. As for all these people who are complaining about services from the app they should pay attention to what they are doing and as for the gentleman who complained about not being able to order a salad before 11 o'clock well have you ever tried to order a hamburger at McDonald's before 10:30am unheard of it clearly states on their menu what items are available to order before 11 and ones that are only available after. That guy thinks that the whole world should give him what he wants when he wants it well to bad!!

Very overpriced, but good food. I had a pretty bad experience with wanting to exchange my drink for a different one because I didn't like the flavor. The employeeafe several trips to the back mid conversation with me to ask the manager if it was okay. Their response was, and I quote "It wasn't a mistake on our end". I wasn't blaming anyone for the way the drink tasted, and unfortunately I felt very uncomfortable after the fact. They said they could replace it, but with a smaller size than what I had paid for. Why doesn't my satisfaction matter? Wouldn't that mean I would come back? I guess not in this case.
