The first time I went and got my hair dyed black it was great was really happy with it. So why not go a second time right? NO DON'T DO IT! I called a week ahead and got an appointment and explained at that time I want to color my hair 2 colors. Showed up 15 min early checked in at the desk and than sat for 45 mins finally a tad annoyed I go back to the desk the girl at the desk say "what know way" she says she will find out what's going on. She comes back to the desk and tells some other worker that's at the front desk the girl that I was scheduled with was just stand there doing nothing! So finally the girl comes over and I go back after an hour now of waiting. I sit in the chair show her the picture of what I want done. She says I'm so excited to do this so sorry I was told you were a no show. So I was going to help other girls with their clients. I am like what!!!! So she goes and get an instructor and I show her the picture as well of what I would like. I wanted purple and black! After sitting there for 4 and a half hours I got the blue black hair and NO purple shoes at all why because it was not done right at all the girl bleached the part I wanted purple than washed and dyed my hair than tried to do the black and purple all at once no separation st all. So she gets done with coloring it all at the same time. At that time I said this is all going to be black she say this is what I was told to do it should work. After rinsing my hair twice cause she didn't get the dye out the first time. I have blue black hair! And on top of that I get charged 81 dollars!!!!! I even said to the lady cashing me out you have got to be kidding me after all this and charge me for toning to? I understand the people here are in school but seriously! Very very disappointed!

Wonderful service I received a fresh blow out and an installation of extensions. My hairstylist was friendly, down to earth, and made me feel comfortable. 5 stars!

As always, Salon Professional lives up to its name as being very professional. Hair stylist very competent and talented ... I highly recommend giving it a try.

Excellent hair cut service, amazed to see the outcome.. for them every hair is important so they take very accurate precision to hair cut which adds value to your looks.. great work guys..
