I recently contacted this firm. I had a pleasant conversation with a woman by the name of Jacqueline. When I couldn't come in the following day and then I made an appointment for a week later. Between physical therapy taking a very dear friend back-and-forth to the hospital with chemotherapy.and working I've been quite busy. I had to cancel my appointment because I got called into work. I spoke with Jackie several days later. My friend that I had been taken back-and-forth for chemotherapy had passed. And I asked if I could have an appointment for the following week. She told me she was closing my case. And was very snotty. And I guess I'll take my case elsewhere..
