After the first appt which really isn't bad at all, I found the rest of the appts very relaxing! I almost fell asleep on my last visit. You need to commit to 8 sessions 4 weeks to see maximum results and I have to say I definitely see a difference.

Erica is professional and a genuinely sweet person. She is truly educated about the work that she does.
