It's a friendly neighborhood bar with awesome bartenders and food. Reasonable drink prices!!!
Great place! Came before jazz fest. Cheap drinks, cool atmosphere.
Great little corner bar & grill located less than a hundred feet directly across from the racetrack & casino. Met a friendly bartender named Elise. Good burgers & fries, and yes... they have Yeungling.
Christopher knows how to make you happy. Perfection on the drinks is his forte and his customer service is impeccable.
Wow. Actually I've never been in here: even though I've stopped by a dozen times to use the bathroom. During Jazzfest, of course. The place is well laid-out and during our afternoon visit was pretty laid-back, too. Our bartender, Lexi, was a delight and even brought us out our meal that she'd cooked herself, in classic Igor's style. Everything was delish and quickly prepared and great prices: $10 for a burger and fries, and what fries: the skinny kind!
Go here! Across from the Fairgrounds, so you can watch the horses or Jazzfest til you drop, then step across the street to The Seahorse for a nice, cool beverage. Chat up the always cool bartenders, who have interesting adventures to share, the inside scoop about local goings-on, play a game of pool and enjoy the most reasonably price drinks in New Orleans. Just go.
It's a regular neighborhood bar. It's dark, loud and inviting. Great place to pregame with your cousins before heading out. The bartender was super cool. My drink of choice is a Tom Collins and I've paid upwards of 10 bucks for one but he only charged me 4 which makes him alright in my book.
Had a bit of a staff party here. Both bartenders were wonderfully accommodating and just a blast to be around and talk to. Bar is spacious and there is an area to put cakes and food platters. Patrons are also locals and super chill and laid back. There is one communal pool table.
Mrs. Keri, the new cook, is absolutely, hands down one of THER BEST chefs in New Orleans!!! They make a damn good Rum Punch too!!!
Simple neighborhood bar. I used to go here when I lived close by.
