I really appreciate all the help I received from the staff. They found a zipper foot for my machine even though I didn't know the model number. The one I needed wasn't in stock on the sales floor but they offered to sell me one off the floor so I wouldn't have to wait for an order to come. 5 stars A ++

I love the ladies at the sewing palace. They've always been so helpful and willing to take the time needed when I was a beginner. I bought a sewing machine for a present, before I was even there they had it wrapped and ready to go! Thanks Ladies you guys are awesome!

The sales clerk noticed from my block that I had included a color that wasn't on the shelf. She said I think we have that behind the counter, gave me the end of bolt discount and saved me searching elsewhere for the fabric. Nice place, wonderful people!

Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. Classes, projects, more fabric than one can envision. My favorite place to stop.
