I go here during my lunch hour and it helps me to rebalance my energy and just relax in a quiet space free from cacophony.  Very tranquil and spiritually refreshing.

Shinnyo Center is fantastic! The place is spacious and relaxing, and the guides are wonderful as well. Definitely recommend it for beginners and experienced meditators.
