Terrible service and bad attitudes. Suggest finding somewhere else to spend your money. The man in the back was very rude. He dropped my package off the dolly and did not pick it up or apologize.

I had an issue with a package not arriving and being returned. The full address was not listed and USPO is so slow and so unreachable to help. I sent an email to Shipping Post upset that the package was coming back to them. Brad (the owner) called me and made everything right! He re-sent the package by UPS and was very careful that he had the address correct. This is how to solve problem and make a customer feel happy! More companies should be like this. Thank you Brad! My son will be getting his winter coat after all. Highly recommend.
