UPDATE: Followed the instructions provided in their response to this review and they still ignored me. No resolution from them. Had to contact PayPal in order to receive a refund for my products I paid for and never received. Worst company I have ever came across. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! Ordered some shirts for my friends and I two months ago. I have my receipt and my confirmation that my order was placed and will be processed soon. I have called to check in on said shirts on three separate occasions because it was taking an unusually long time to be shipped to me and each time they assured me that the shirts would be shipped out “next week.” I now am trying to call AGAIN and they are declining my calls the line rings a different amount of times before being sent to voicemail for each call. I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH A TERRIBLE COMPANY BEFORE!! 100% DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!

I ordered a shirt and a koozie from another brand through them and have been trying for a whole year now and I have never gotten a response and each time I try and contact the brand the shirts were for they keep telling me to contact these people who never answer a voicemail or email! This is horrible customer service I just want my shirt and obviously from reading I’m not the only one...
