I came in to have my Canon DSLR serviced, I was greeted right away by super friendly employees. I was told it'd be about a week to have a cleaning done, yet I got a call in a couple hours letting me know it was ready already. Now that is great customer service! I'll definitely be a returning customer.

I have always had positive experience here. With getting pictures printed and buying stuff for my husband. The only thing I wouldn't do here again is have my camera cleaned. We paid for the extra clean everything because 2 spots started showing up on evey picture. When we got it back , it still had the same spots. I bought him a new camera and we gave his to our grandson. Our son cleaned it for him and got the spots right off. I'm still happy that we got him a new one, now are grandson has a good one to learn on.

I purchased my first camera D5000 at Shutterbug and recently purchased my 4th and first full frame Z-9 camera from this Salem store. The support and expertise I experienced on my first purchase 12 years ago is what keeps me returning for all my camera and most accessory needs. I pick restaurants that provide good service and good food and feel the same way when it comes to my camera store, but instead of good food, it’s good product with excellent service. There’s always room for improvement when it comes to service, but I feel like I’m getting special treatment when shopping there and they went above and beyond with this last purchase and have earned this review. Thanks Shutterbug, for making this purchase a better experience than my first, I will be back.

Great service - I was in a bind with one of my cameras crashing while on a photoshoot in Salem. They were able to accommodate me with a rental that fit my exact needs & save the day. Very reasonable price. Handled everything with attention to detail and expertise. Crisis averted. Thank you!

Last Sunday we went into Shutterbug and was greeted by Hunter, he was very knowledgeable and helpful and also very friendly. We purchased the Canon Rebel, tripod and some filters, with the purchase we got some coupons and one was for a beginner class. We came back today for the class, Hunter went over everything about our camera and answered all our questions. If you are looking for a camera Shutterbug is the place to go, ask for Hunter, he is the BEST!!

Best camera store ever! Not only was hunter and the staff so amazing but they let you try out the gear before you buy it! If they don’t have something in stock they will order it for you and you’re not obligated to buy it if you don’t like it! They are very knowledgeable and can help you out with anything you need!

The Shutterbug has always been very helpful, whether it comes to film developing, scanning, or helping me learn to use the products I bought. I’ve been fortunate to work with David, who has taken the time to show me how to use the film developing kit I bought as well as how to clean my camera’s shutter. I plan to use the shutterbug in the future.

I have a project I needed a few pictures printed out, they made my poster print right away, they were in the process of getting my smaller prints done but I had to work. 30 minutes after I showed up to my shift they were already calling me letting me know they are all done. I will be there to.orrow for pick up! Definitly recommend this place for getting personalized photo sizes!

Excellent local spot, support small business, get solid deals on film development, and their membership program seems like a solid investment. Got a great deal on a little point and shoot as well- top staff, and great experience overall

Employees were very helpful. We bought a new camera and he helped us get the equipment that was needed. He was very knowledgeable about the products.
