The Smile Spot - Waldo

I do not recommend this place. The office is run horribly. They forget about patients in exam rooms. They forget to schedule appointments. The office is totally unorganized. The staff is rude, and they seem to have no idea whats going on. I'll never go there again. In my opinion, no one should seek dental care here.

This was my fist time visiting the smile spot , they were very welcoming and knowledgeable with All the information we needed to get started , They also gave me several affordable options for my family special thank you to lady who helped me today her name was Kealy my daughter was nervous but i love how she made her comfortable asked questions to relate to her 100 percent appreciated so far we love this office and will be returning and telling my friends !

Malpractice at it's finest!!!! I would not, recommend this place. They take your money and don't do what is in the dental plan. For example: I made my appointment this morning and paid 100 dollars for that appointment. They called me after driving there and taking my money, told me that the doctor decided he couldn't see me because I was in need of nitrous oxide. So he knows I am in pain for a needed Root canal and denied treatment, anyways. Because of the appointment before when I had my wisdom teeth pulled, the needle was yanked out of my mouth and I now have a huge scar in my mouth from that appointment and have pictures of this, so I was kinda wanting the nitrous again so I wasn't able to feel the needle this time which makes obvious sense. Also I will be getting my x-rays printed from before my wisdom teeth and after because my back tooth was not chipped before going to this dentist. This is very important for me to get this back chipped tooth fixed and they show little concern for their patients and more concerned about money and charging your insurance. Goto a differnt place. This is just a warning. Dr. Lindman is the Dentist, that this statement has been about, just to be clear

The staff at the front desk is going to make you all lose patients. Need better business etiquette and need to learn how to not hang up on the patient’s parent.

The lady at the front desk is rude they overbook there is not enough seating in the front waiting room I would not recommend my son was at the smaller clinic next door I will be switching him and my younger children will not come where when they turn 15 worst experience ever do not come here

They're really professional doctors and sweet staff. Before you ever post a negative, or nasty review I would have the courage to talk to them about your issues because they're they work so hard and they care so much. I would only trust my kids / babies to people like them! Thanks :

My experience hasn’t been good. I’ve been with them for a year and every time it’s time for me to pay for my braces no one answers the phone or get back to me. I just found out due to life happening and them not answering they are charging me 1,750 dollars for my past payment I have no problem paying but they are charging me a thousand to get my braces removed. I’m not paying that . They canceled my appointment and they didn’t tell me so they considered it as me missing my appointment. I’ve haven’t scheduled because they told me if I don’t pay my bill they wouldn’t be able to see me so in all of this they are charging me lots of money for something I have no control over . They aren’t helpful and whoever I was on the phone with today was extremely unprofessional and wasn’t helpful at all.

Kept me in braces for 6 and a half years and rushed me out of them towards the end of my treatment because I’ve paid upfront for the braces already. They left me with terrible spacing in my mouth even though I’m wearing my retainers faithfully. Stating that it was “normal”, but I didn’t have this spacing beforehand. The orthodontist would rush to see me and barely evaluate anything. I’m going to have to unfortunately find another orthodontist for treatment to be back in braces or Invisalign when I shouldn’t have to be. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy!

This review is for Waldo dentistry next door to smile spot.. I’m shocked this place has 4 stars.. I just saw them about two weeks ago, and I’m still laughing at my experience. I went in for a cleaning, and to get some new x-rays done since it had been about a year since my last visit. They had someone who was clearly brand new, and didn’t know what they were doing perform the X-rays… it took well over 30 min, and it was extremely uncomfortable, and painful. The tool they used for the x-ray was something I have never seen beforesomething from the 19th century it was a long piece of metal with a piece of plastic at the end, and that was the piece you bite on. This girl was shoving the whole thing in my mouth tearing up the rough of my mouth and shoving it in uncomfortable spots making me almost throw up multiple times. The weirdest part to me, was that her supervisor was watching the whole time !! I am not someone for you guys to practice on.. it was honestly the worst experience I have ever had a dentist. Also, they never even did a cleaning… so that was also weird. After the appointment I noticed that I actually had a sore on the rough of my mouth from the X-rays, so I called them and let them know I will be going somewhere else with those X-rays I was tortured for.

!!WARNING!! Do not go to the “FROWN SPOT”! They are very unprofessional or under new management. I have been calling for months trying to make an appointment for my child, since July. They finally tried to make an appointment for her, in October. The appointment was for me to make a payment, not for her braces. How do I owe them for services not rendered. Now I have to make a payment to make an appointment. After repeated calls to speak with management they still have not resolved this problem. This is not the type of business I recommend to anyone. Please think twice before you go there and sign the contract. In other words SUE ME.
