Customer service at this location has gone down the gutter last few months. The staff here were so pleasant when they first opened. The new staff, mostly gen z, overweight, depressed, hating their life’s so they take it out on customers. It’s not my fault your life sucks. But, try to do your job you’re signed up for correctly. If you can’t, then quit instead of projecting your terrible attitude onto customers. I placed an order online and followed exact directions from the website. Only to arrive for my order not to be ready for the second coming to this location, cashier having horrible attitude because she had to do her job and get my order ready. Same cashier with the same horrible attitude as my last visit. It’s sad as I’ve been coming to this location since they opened. All staff have been great since they opened. But, the new staff, like I said, mostly gen z, with entitled attitude feel like life revolves around them. I’m just here to pick up my order. I don’t care about how you feel. So stop projecting and do your job.

Awesome, Awesome Dispensary. They have a wide selection for anyone. I would suggest those that imbibe... should. They should stop at the The Source in order to understand what I am talking about. Everything from inexpensive to top shelf. The pricing and Specials are More than fair. They are always adequately supplies, plus it's in and out. The Budtenders will explain which type of product is best for your needs. You will be educated if you want. Check them out. They have a HUGE parking lot with Handicap access and parking. Easy in and out for patients.

I love coming here! The staff is so friendly and very knowledgeable. Hard to pick my favorite person as they all have great conversations and I always leave with a smile. I don't even need to try anywhere else as they always have sales and I earn points for ever purchase sooooo...

I love this place. The staff and team is just so welcoming, happy, and most of all they care about you as a buyer. IMECCA IS AMAZING!!! She is always super engaging and knowledgeable of the products and without a doubt always has great recommendations. My husband and I are so happy to have found THE SOURCE, they also donat to different charities all around what a dispensary should feel, look, and be in ethos.

Mecca is THE BEST. Not only is she knowledgeable, she is personable, exciting, and welcoming. She knows me and my husband’s name, and is such a warm and inviting team member. She always hooks it up and pays attention to detail. LOVE HER and love The SOURCE!

Dylan is hands down the BEST budtender! I’ve had him a few times and he is always so helpful and fun! He always goes out of his way to make customers happy and genuinely cares about their experience. Give him a raise!

This has been my favorite dispensary in Vegas for my year-long stay here. Always a great deal on something, just check online before. The staff are consistently the most helpful. Yolanda is a consistently friendly face at the door.

Alton and Angel were amazing hosts. Customer service and client experience on point. The atmosphere was great and Dylan wrapped up my purchase with a Veteran’s day purchase. Keep it pro guys!

Great customer service. Everyone’s very friendly and extremely attentive. Glad I found this hidden gem spot. Crazy variety to choose from at really good prices too. Will be coming back

They have the best strains for the right price. I love the Source! Walk right in. Get what i need for a great price. And on my way. No waiting in lines. And friendly bud tenders. And all the staff. Highly recommend!
