The Spa and Laser Center

I went here on a recommendation of a friend. At booking you make a $100 deposit to reserve the appointment. When I checked out the day of my appointment after my service, I paid for my service and then after I paid, I asked if the $100 had gone toward my service. The receptionist seemed to indicate that she forgot to apply it and said we could apply it to a next appointment. Since beauty/aesthetic appointments are few and far between for me I said i’d rather not apply it to the next and just get a refund since I didn’t know when I’d be back. She was very nice and said no problem and that she’d call after she spoke to the manager to refund it. I Ieft feeling kind of like id been swindled out of my money, but felt a little better that they would refund me. I called back a few days later as I hadn’t heard anything from the office and I spoke to the managers Dana who said they decided to apply it to my next appointment since I had a “follow up in 4 weeks.” At that point I was pretty frustrated because not only had they tried to use my deposit once in a way without telling me, but then did it again even after they said they’d refund me. Additionally, the follow up appointment was supposed to just see how I liked the treatment, so who says I would even spend $100. Dana was very nice and understanding and gave me the refund. I’m not usually one to nickel and dime but not everyone can just go around leaving $100 deposits here and there. Laura did a good job and was very thorough, although i felt quite rushed through the whole appointment and that if I hadn’t spoken up for myself she would have done more of the service than I originally indicated. I will not be returning. The whole situation left a bad taste in my mouth and I felt like all they cared about was getting my money. The only reason i’m not leaving 1 start is because they were extremely nice and polite and were very accommodating to my schedule.

Wonderful! I have been a client here for a few years and always impressed by their entire staff and services. Laura is amazing and you can tell how much she cares and personalizes each experience to make it comfortable and enjoyable. Would highly recommend!

I spent several thousand dollars here, and none of the services I received were worth what I paid. Last year during covid, I decided to use my down time for self care and embarked on a journey to do the cosmetic things I'd always thought about, but never had time for. I bought multiple laser hair removal packages, over 3k in purchases on that alone which btw, they're prices are much higher than many competitors, and 6 months later I still have the same amount of hair in all the areas that were treated. Such a disappointing waste of money. I also had filler done here... BAD decision. The nurse who did my injections put filler in places I specifically asked her not to. She also over-filled certain parts of my face, and I had to see a plastic surgeon to dissolve it. My face still isn't the same. My advice to anyone considering filler is to see a cosmetic surgeon or board certified doctor/dermatologist. If you must use a nurse for your injections, be sure they have A TON of excellent, verifiable reviews- and if their face looks over-inflated, don't let them touch yours. Update re owner response: Naturally, my online profile is an alias- who actually uses their real first/last name on Google for the world to see? Really weak response from spa management.

I love all the staff at the Spa and Laser Center. I have been going for years. Kate does an amazing job with facials. She is knowledgeable, and takes great pride in doing her best. They have improved my skin tremendously. Debbie has been amazing, and truly cares about making sure she does her absolute best for her clients.

The women that work at the spa and laser center are amazing. Truly! The front staff is so pleasant and so willing to work with you on appointments. I will not go to anyone else but Debbie! Someone else messed my lips up and she fixed them! I love my lips so much they are so full and pretty. She's also filled my under eyes and now I don't look like I'm constantly tired. Could not be happier. She notices the little details so everything turns out perfect! I also saw Casey who used a laser to lighten my under eye circles. This has helped my self esteem so much and all these ladies are so pleasant and professional! Seriously and very highly recommend!!

I have been going to The Spa and Laser Center for 2+ years. The staff of ladies who work the front desk are a joy. Professional, friendly, helpful and always greet everyone warmly and with a smile. I have been seeing Debbie these past years for injectables and am very impressed with her knowledge and expertise and well as her professional and caring demeanor. By far the Spa and Laser Center is THE best. I also like that they are participate in the Brilliant Distinctions Program.

The Spa and Laser Center is a God sent! Kate’s facials are the best I have ever had! She keeps my skin clear and wrinkle free which is a blessing when you are 46! The fraxel laser treatment Sue gave me finally corrected my severe pigmentation and I can be makeup free again! Thank you for being the most caring and dedicated staff and going above and beyond to give me clear skin!!! I highly recommend The Spa and Laser Center!

I had an Age Defying Facial treatment with Casey yesterday and can say it was the best experience I've had getting a facial. I enjoyed the treatment and the conversation. My results are amazing! I had two people ask me yesterday what I do for skincare and close friends thought I was wearing makeup when I had none on. I will definitely be returning soon and would highly recommend to anyone looking for knowledgeable and caring professionals.

I started going to the Spa and Laser Center in 2009. For several months I got massaged to help with some pain I was having and experienced wonderful results. During those visits I got to Know Sue, Donna, Debbie, Kate, Nicki and other amazing members of the team. From there, I worked with them one-on-one getting tailor made treatment plans to reduce my break outs, remove acne scars, improve the overall appearance and health of my skin and was put on a simple skincare routine that kept my skin clean and smooth. I also visit Debbie on several occasions for Botox. It's really a wonderful experience overall to know these woman care about you and your results. They truly changed my confidence. I would recommend them to anyone and will remain a customer for life. Thank you for always going a step further in customer service!
