Janie the spa manager, played a pivotal role in ensuring our visit was exceptional. Her attentive care and personalized service made me and my friends feel truly valued. It's clear that her dedication to creating a memorable experience made a significant impact on my day. The highlight of our visit, undoubtedly, was the massages. They were "superb" and ranking them among the best we've ever had. The skill and expertise of the spa's massage therapists contributed to the overall sense of relaxation and rejuvenation we experienced during our time there. Overall, my birthday celebration was filled with relaxation, pampering, and the joy of sharing moments with my friends. The combination of Janie's attentive management and the exceptional quality of the massages truly made our visit to Post Oak Spa an unforgettable one. I can't wait to visit again!

Angelique was amazing! I went midday, so there weren’t many people there. Everyone was extremely nice, and everything was well kept. My massage was fantastic and the shower afterwards… I didn’t want to leave. Will definitely be back! Soon…

Deserving of each and every one of the five stars. I appreciated the attention to detail from start to finish—from the dressing area to the steam, sauna, etc., from the treatment rooms to the quiet area. The manager Jannie was pleasant and professional, welcoming me and setting the stage for my first class experience.  Karem provided my services and had the hands of an angel. I’ve never had a dry scrub before—OMG my skin has never felt so smooth. Karem asked all the right questions before my massage and focused on all the right spots. I slept probably snored LOL, I awakened refreshed, relaxed, and revived.  I have been to a fair few nice spas in my time, including ones at AAA 4 and 5 Diamond resorts. This place certainly holds its own among the best.  Definitely will return next time I’m in Houston.

The Post oak spa was amazing! The best spa in Houston. Definitely recommend if you you’re looking for a fancy, relaxing atmosphere. Roland was my message therapist and he was amazing! He’s very knowledgeable and definitely knows what he is doing. He is the best!! Can rave enough about him. Definitely coming back just so he can do my message! Super pleased

Went here while visiting Houston and thought the spa was ok, not great/ seem very small for the size of the hotel. Arrived and was greeted by amazing employees at the hotel doors. Initial Spa receptionist was very impersonal . Subpar refreshments.  Had two signature massages which were ok, not great. Massage therapist were very friendly but didn’t take note to the request of focus.  Hand & stone massage gives a better massage. Used the vanity stations which there is only a few- expect to have guest pacing behind you basically rushing you while you get ready.  But the hotel it self and restaurant is amazing. Exiting receptionist were warm and friendly as we checked out .

Best spa in Texas. I frequent this spa about every 2weeks when staying at the hotel and they never disappoint. The facility is spotless and the staff are absolutely amazing. From front desk to the staff in the treatment rooms.  Rosa in the woman's commons area is so sweet and attentive. Tristan & Ivette are the absolute best massage therapists request them if you can  Patricia is the best esthetician that gives amazing facials! Love this place  I can never get enough of this spa

Came in to get a massage the male masseuse i had literally sprained my thumb pulling it with barely any oil on I from the massage. The manager was very nice but the overall experience is going downhill tremendously.

This spa is not owned nor managed by the Post Oak hotel, beware. Not worth even the feedback but I’m reviewing to ensure others don’t fall into this poor experience. I booked their premium treatment the 5 worlds ritual as a surprise gift for my wife and picked the date. Unfortunately my wife fell ill the day before the treatment, thought she was just tired to discover later on the early morning of the treatment that she has Covid. When I called the spa to reschedule, the spa manager was absolutely rude and totally unprofessional, by saying that “my daughter and I called to argue with her”, and she was not willing to reschedule given it passed the 24 hrs cancellation window. When I asked if the spa and hotel policy would allow someone with Covid to come in, she insisted that the most important is for the masseuse to get paid. Despite my patience, she insisted on being rude and totally careless about the client and the situation. I asked to speak to tge supervisor, when she committed to let her call me back. I then called the hotel management who were courteous and willing to help, however they shared with me that they unfortunately had no control on the spa. I waited for either one to call back until I had to calm the spa director or owner myself. While not as rude as her employee, she was equally careless and totally transactional like any street spa, even worse. She insisted on charging 240 USD which is 50% of the treatment cost, despite my offer to reschedule or to come and do the treatment instead. Never had such an experience in any decent spa or customer facing service. Definitely do not expect the treatment or experience to be any different, truly unfortunate for Post Oak hotel to allow for their name to be associated with such poor service and business.

My husband and I had the best relaxing time with a 30-minute Zen Private time followed by a 90-minute massage. We will definitely be back!
