This is the worse clinic ever. It takes the worker 2 hours to enter your info In the system. And another hour for the doctor to see you. Three times the appointment was scheduled with the wrong doctor. And all they say it's a clerical error. Meanwhile I called and ask if it's was my doctor.
I went to this clinic because I had severe back pain and they did not provide me any relief. I left the clinic in the same pain. This is the worst medical center that I have ever visited in my life. The city of New York need to investigate all the personals that work at this clinic.the place is not clean blood stain on the wall trash on the floorand the security guards beat up a patient right on front of my bed.This clinic doesn't deserve no STAR.

No sense in "appointments".The DMV is more efficient.Your best bet is to enter at times least busy and still wait all day.Bring food,water and plenty of entertainment.You can watch all Soprano seasons in one visit, or Game of Thrones.This place is as productive as congress. Sad truly.WOW ITS GETS BETTER! replied to the responders # for clarity and resolutions.its an automated voice-mail! Called clinic and its same as other patients.No one answers phones at all! Left messages awaiting some kind of follow-up. This facility needs new Management!
This place is always over crowded.. You will wait a whole hour just to see a doctor like you have nothing else better to do with your day or time but listen to STAFF TALK ABOUT NOTHING while they arent working.. Then its another 30 minutes just for discharge paperwork. THEY NEED TO DO BETTER OR CLOSE DOWN.. THEY ARE DEFINITELY SPREADING COVID IN HERE
Worst place to go and see a doctor my mother and I stayed from 1:30pm until 4pm waiting to see the vascular doctor li only for them to tell us they can’t see us. My mother suffers from diabetes, heart problems, osteoarthritis and varicose veins and these incompetent people can’t even get their people to work on time. Don’t come here if you care about your parents. The patients that come here in wheelchair are left outside for hours on end. The patients that don’t have an advocate like myself end up not being seeing … they don’t care about anything but stealing money from you and your family
Never go here again. Full of medical students and old doctor who mumble the diagnosis without attention.
Come here is you want to spend half your day waiting. I was told wrong information by everyone I spoke to prior to my appointment. I’m 7 months pregnant and fasted because I was told I could get blood work done at my appointment. Now I’m here and they tell me I have to go to the lab and wait again. It’s already been 2 hours past my appointment…
Appointments are useless at this location. My 13 year old had a 9am appointment. We literally sat in the examination room for damn near an hour while her pediatrician strolled past 3 times as he glanced into the room, never once acknowledging me or her. Extremely frustrating.
Very Bad First, and possibly only, Experience. Your wait at the DMV will seem like a short time compared to a wait here, getting bloodwork? Forget about it , might as well write a whole book before any blood is involved. Very Incompetent management here so hears your heads up, go somewhere else for Adequate health care.
