Thanks to the team at Albany Stereo, They installed a stereo that I bought for my wife's car, which looks and sounds great. It only took a few hours, and all the staff I spoke with were friendly and knowledgeable. They also did it for less than what they quoted. Great experience all around.

We called and had new stereo installed that day within the time it took to have lunch. I have come here for many years and still satisfied n happy with my service. Stereo sounds better than ever and didnt break the bank.

We had a problem with our installation of our speakers they told us it was our radio that was messed up we were still under warranty they said to replace radio they didn't have the same one so had to pay more for a different one even checking the problem still had the issue spent hours fixing it. Finally fixed but not the first time my family has had this issue with their speaker install work. last person refused and went somewhere else the next day. The employees who fixed it where nice and got us in but if they wouldn't have "had a torque" problem when installed dudes said that was what happened. Glads it's finally fixed but wasted money and time was very excessive.

I was originally going to get an installation with stereo king, however, after they tried to charge me $750 for installation for doors speakers and stereo I gave The Stereo Store a call. Luis and Stefan were able to get me in fast and charged $360 for the same work stereo king wanted to charge $750. The work quality was great and I will definitely be returning back for my audio needs. They did a "stealth mode" installation on my 2nd gen prius and came out awesome.

My first after-market car stereo purchase and installation. Staff is knowledgeable and patient, workmanship is top notch and they are fast! I didn't know exactly what I wanted beyond having blue tooth connection but the manager Stefan Albany Store asked all the right questions about both what I wanted it to do and about the car it was going in. Excellent service and I would highly recommend them!

I was a little skeptical about going to this location because of some old rumors I'd heard about how they treat customers. I was totally impressed with the professionalism of Stephen. He treated me with respect and after listening to what I was wanting to do, showed me what he recommended. I scheduled the installation and picked up our vehicle yesterday afternoon. The install is as good as a factory installation. His willingness to make sure we are satisfied with the equipment and installation proves great customer service. Thanks for a great job.

I recently got a sub and insulation installed in my car and it turned out absolutely amazing! I had discussed with Stefan about hiding the volume knob in a punch out in my dash and even though it was a very tight fit he did his best to make it work. When I received my car, sooner than expected, I was amazed of how well it turned out! It was more than i expected and there was no trace of anyone or anything in my car! Amazing craftsmanship and customer service! I would highly recommend their service to anyone!
